I am beyond angry i purchased the laredo mocha LAF, OTTO, RAF which breakes down to a piece of s**t sectional tri-toned w/leather trim totaling 1,057.88 not including delivery service.

My sales person Brandon Lutsch is a skilled liar the owner must have provided classes in is liars academy apon his employment w/them. He was a smooth talker telling me how great this sectional was, and how he wouldn't let such a great deal gat away.

He told me that it was a top seller etc....I put a down pmt. and thought this was a good deal, When i paid it off i asked for it to be delivered before march 25th which was my sons 19th b-dayparty. They assured me it would be here, well needless to say it wasn't i had a housefull of family and friends w/no place for them to sit. mind you that the day before Brandon promised me they were on their way to my house from Radcliff and that he didn't know why they were not there earlier i was to be the first drop off.

See how skilled he is,I waited until 11pm on the 24th for the furniture to arrive i finally fell asleep. At 7.30pm the day of my sons party March25th a large thrifty rental trucks pulls up w/two nasty drivers requesting pmt for service, they dropped my furniture down in family rm, threw the ottmon down breaking the frame because they were now upset that i bitched them out about not showing up a day earlier and ruining my sons day.

They proceeded to tell me that they are contracted and American Freight employees lie all the time and over book them. I later had to call Brandon a third time because my otton was damaged in transit he told me i would have to wait 2wks as one was not in stock, never once did they offer compensation for my distress.

When i called them a 4th time he said it was there, but i would have to pick it up or be charged another 60 dollar delivery fee. Yes i am pissed now it's june 15th and the lining on this sectional is ripping under regular wear and tear i call Brandon who is now the sales manager see what reward Steve Belford (owner) has given him for all of his lying and skeeming.

Brandon tells me that my sofa has no warranty but he is willing to work with me and send someone out to repair the sofa/ that he has some liner on site. I replied this must happen alot for you to have it in stock no this is the first i have heard of this...yea right liar. Anyway i would have to pay for the gentlman to repair it as he is contracted as well. I called the BBB and notified corporate little good that will do . I am contacting legal counsel this whole situation is outrageous!!!! oh yea they have some pieces w/warranty per Brandon but you have to ask for those manufacturers Labels what a p***k . They have 44 complaints w/BBB in Louisville.

I will instruct my staff to issue a credit to you at once for the ottoman and the delivery fee. The delivery service was sub contracted, I will file a complaint with their boss on your behalf at once.
