We have offered a full refund with the return of the merchandise and that offer is still valid. Am I reading in your complaint that you want us to pay you more for the merchandise than you paid for it, can that be correct? I'm sorry for the delay in this response...I am just now being made aware of this blog. Well it has been a month and no word from anyone. Again, American Furniture does not care about their customers. They were rude, disrespectful and most of all a ripoff artist when it comes to their warranties. I would like to get a response but I am not holding my breath.
