A salesman came to our door and we purchased a bunch of meat $1283.55 and then 4 days later he charged our card again for $689 which was not authorized by us. We contacted Sonny at the company and she was appaulled but we were told no problem let her pull the info and we will get a refund and she would call us later that day. We did not recieve a call that day or the next day. I called and was told i would get a return call so i eventually called again. We are told that the salesman made two imprints of our card and that is a problem that she is waiting to speak with a supervisor to see if they can refund us at all but not to call her she will call me. We contacted the bank immediatly to let them know what is going on. Now because they have taken so long we cannot even return all the meat. We have a family of 6 and this was meat for the entire year. They charged us so much the second time that our cc went over and we have fees piling up and auto charges being denied.
