AMERICAN GOLD ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam NJ OLD TAPPAN New Jersey
i was sent some information in the mail about an already approved credit card. yeah i know the red light should have went off then.
but they said that the credit card could help me clean up my credit and help establish new credit. so i went ahead and gave my info and everything.
i asked her the proceedure incase i wanted to cancel and she gave it to me but question why i would want to cancel i then told her that i want to check online about the company.
so that is what i did i went online and checked the company out and this website poped up about another company phoenix gold and this turned the light on.
so i thought that it was strange this is american gold and here i am getting some info about a similar company diffrent name.
so i called the customer service number and told the man that i wanted to cancel.
oh my goodness talk about rude. i mean it was like i was stealing his money the way he treated me. he then hung up when i asked him to send me info that my check was canceled.
i called back right away and this time it was a woman and before i could complete my sentence she seemed as if she already knew who i was. she cut me off saying the check was cancelled mam. s
so i asked her if i could get a fax she hung up. so i called back and told them that i would report them to the bbb and report them online and hung up.
