Complaint Review: American Home Loans - Terri Warden - Silverdale Washington

Fist off I would like to say that no matter how hard you try, sometimes a bad apple can get into any organization. I am not saying that anyone is guilty or innocent. I am not their judge. You must understand finance. Where there is money, there is greed. You should alway take heed. While I lived in New Jersey, from Feb. until June 2004, I worked for American Home Loans. What I did find, were some of the most respectful people that I have ever had the honor of working with on a daily basis. The branch owner that I worked for is a very nice and honest gentleman with tremendous respect for his employees and customers alike. Of course you work to make money but you don't have to deceive anyone to accomplish this task. I have to say that I would definitely recommend the NJ office to anyone that I know and I would trust them to handle my mortgage or the finances of my family and friends. Remember to always research a company before entrusting your family's well being with them. Get references, research the internet, check the BBB, (this site) and so forth. My experience with AHL in Howell NJ? They're the cream of the crop! If you do have a complaint about ANYONE in banking, start with your state regulatory agencies (state banking commission, attorney general, etc.) then move on to the Federal agencies such as FHA, Federal Trade Commission, etc.. Just make sure that your complaint is based on fact. Never make a false accusation. You will have to face your maker also.

Terri and her Sister Debbie are extremely well educated (Obviously more than you) You need to take your issues to Jerry Springer or the nearest therapist in your area. I am sorry that you feel that you have been screwed., but I guess you will always be the victim until you seek help. Terri has worked very hard in every aspect of her life which I may add has not ever been easy for her. I guess what I am trying to say is s**t HAPPENS MOVE ON. I would love to get together with you face to face and have you say to me any of the above listed comments. For you to think, or say anything about Terri and her private life shows just what a low form of life you are and will ever be. Meet me you useless piece of flesh if you can find the nerve. Were you the loan officer on these two 'predatory' loans? It sounds that way from each of these posts. Please let me know if that isn't the case. If that is the case, you should know that it is your responsibility to not pass on any terms that are considered predatory regardless of being a loan you put together or if anyone in the branch put it together for you. If it was a bad deal and you were the one with contact with these people (your relatives???), then you should have advised them it wasn't a good deal. Further, if you put this loan together it isn't fair to call it racially predatory. Typically people won't throw an outrageous rate and additional points on the front of a loan for family - bottom line is if you knew that was happening and you accepted and spent the check for these loans, you're more at fault than anyone. A good loan officer and branch wouldn't allow rate and point gouging either. From the opinions given it sounds like you shouldn't have charged them what you did and the branch shouldn't have allowed anything outrageous to go through. Just to be devils advocate - some people simply qualify for what they qualify. This could have been a good deal for them and if they were happy that is a big part of it. The banks always make their money or they don't do the deals.

As you can see, this is the sort of non-sensible response that you get from someone with a high school diploma. When YOU graduate with honors from THE top university in this state then come talk to me. So what about the issues at hand Joe? No comment? How is Terri in bed? Oh wait, I will just ask Cass Hania. So you can take your dirty, shipyard working uneducated self to hell where you and the rest of you ignorant racists belong.

Dear Mr. Ahmad, Get a life because you are wasting the one your mother and father gave you. Stop hiding behind your own mistakes and for tax payers sake stop trying to profit from them. You are a classic example of the victim who never tried to better his or her own life without taking his or her neighbor down. The world is not responsible for your lack of brain power. I just wanted to add that American Home Loans is NOT a new business. They have 160 branches nationwide. I understand that they cant filter out all the garbage applicants to have a "net branch", but this sort of business activity is simply counterproductive to the corporation as a whole. I would also like to add how well trained Ms Wardens staff is, particularly the "office administrator" which is also her sister (with no educational degree) Debbie Butler. Don't you love how she uses MY email to write to people. Oh I forgot to mention that this sharp cookie is also the loan processor here. Boy I hope that she has a calculator and better yet that she knows how to use it! These are the caliber of people that we are dealing with so I guess this pathetic level of intelligence and professionalism is to be expected, but most certainly NOT tolerated.

Mr. Ahmad is 100% correct when he states, people of color were taken advanatage of and riped off. This is due to no fault of the company or Ms. Warden. This is a new company within the last six months and the only people of color that have requested the services of American Home Loans are Mr. Ahmad's own mother and Aunt. Even after warning Mr. Ahmad of his own over charges to his own family he did not in anyway attempt to reduce the charges to his mother or his Aunt. So my words to Mr. Ahmad are this, You are the only person that had the welcome privilage of working with people of color and you were the person who took advantage of these people. They were not only people of color but your own flesh and blood, so why did you, and only you, take advantage of the very people that you are trying to protect? This comment is from a costomer that is more than happy with the overall services I recieved from American Home Loans.
