I as well had the SAME issue with my a/c. Mine started to leak as well, and I contacted AHS at the first sign. When someone FINALLY came out, they declared the coils completely "clogged" with debris, thus causing the water to not flow down the drain. This was a cleaning/maintenance issue, and the AHS provider wanted $500 to clean it, which would fix the problem. I quickly got to work calling other companies, all of which were significatly cheaper (in the $250 range). One came the very next day, and upon starting the cleaning process, quickly found a loose fitting, snapped it back together, and fixed the leak. What should have been a covered fix, cost me almost $300, BUT the AHS sent company, wanted $500 to clean the coils.

I totally agree with all the complaints I have read about AHS. I too, have had the same complaints about them. I cancelled 2 accounts with them because they do not cover anything that I pay them for. Please include me in a class action suit. I would like to hear from anyone who knows how to go about starting the process. Thanks Roma
