I started school there @ AIU the middle of May the 1st class was on May 30 worst nightmare of my life. I wish I would've known then what I know now. I filed a lawsuit the case # is: 18-3162 that tell all about what this University did to me to the person #1 they did the same thing to me I know exactly what your talking about & go to the Federal Courthouse & tell them you want to file a lawsuit against American Intercontinental University & tell them you need the petition to file suit they'll give you a packet with about 15-20 pages including the forma paupers form fill them out with the information what AIU did to you they'll assign you a case # & you can check Justia.com after it's filed & they'll tell you where your case is. But anywhere it started the 2nd day after I started the University immediately after I received an email telling me to do the financial aid mind you I did the admissions before this I got it done the middle of May classes were starting May 30 as I stated above & I tried to upload the court documents & I can't do it on this so instead of drawing out the whole lawsuit as a whole you can just read it & know what happened but was unable to do so but anyway I immediately did the FAFSA now mind you I've been going to school since 1994 the 1st time I went to LLCC & I know how the process works with financial aid I did the FAFSA as I'm supposed to do put in for loans contacted the school & asked if I can borrow money off my Financial Aid loans & was told yeah absolutely I can do this so I put in to do this & immediately called AIU & told them it was submitted & to contact me when it went thru so I'd know when to expect my 1st disbursement as my husband has Renal Failure & was going to use the money for housing for him & max my loans out so I can get him off the streets as he's very sickly & this is the only way I can secure housing so I told them this they said when it went thru they'd call me in 2 days & disburse the money 2 days passed & no money I waited another day no money called them back they said they would disbense the money that week as class started the 30th, that week no money called back mind you this was 2 days before class started most of the time FAFSA is disbensed by then, they said I was under Verification to fill out a form & submit it back to them they'd submit it when it went through they'd disbense the funds then, did this several times no funds, got a letter from FAFSA & their financial aid that the funds would be dispensed the 26th here it is the 29th & nothing it's lie after lie after lie
I got tired of all the lies because I already know there is no money they done stole it I contacted US Dept. of Ed had them investigate them they defended them I contacted Senator d**k Durbin my good friend nothing, I got tired of it now there using my school Auburn High as an excuse I know better I've never had a problem like this before & I've done this several times hell even Heartland Community College I got my money the week after my class started in January. I've been going to school for years & never have I had so many problems as I've had with them & what the person up above said about them failing you on purpose I know your not lying as there trying to fail me on UNIV 109 because they required an essay and I did the essay they said do it how I want on whatever topic so I did I wrote it on my husband as he has Renal Failure & is my determination with this the professor didn't like what I wrote about & gave me a 0 when If I wouldv'e went to UIS @ Carbondale I would've gotten an A it was very well written it had stats it was cited from the exact websites the information came from it was an absolutely perfect essay but he meaning the professor didn't like it because if told about what AIU was doing on it about how they were stealing my money & he meaning the professor so he gave me a 0 so I know your not lying if you want to check out my website for any one wanting to know about it go to this website: pacer.com when getting into pacer they want your information they ask for a credit card/debit card but don't charge it for a long time type in your personal information then when they ask for the court information it's:
Plaintiff: Tracey M. Gragg-VS- Defendant's: American Intercontinental University, Case No.: 18-3162 Filed: Jun. 28, 2018, Clerk of the District Court U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois or you go to the Federal office where you file bankruptcy at go to the district court get on the computers it's free there, get under matrix, type in Plaintiff: Tracey Gragg, they'll ask for the case # type in: 18-3162, make sure to say U.S. District Court Central District of Illinois or it won't come up & you can read the whole complaint from that I know have to update it Monday since the professor failed me on UNIV 109 on retaliation which I will I'll do it the 5th but this burns me up.

I got an email from this place just today Feb 28th 2019 in the past half hour or so to be honest. It says I owe them outstanding balances on a student account. Well FYI I have never attended your school nor was I ever a registered student with you and I have the legal records to back it up. I was hower, a student at Colorado Technical University Online since 2009.
Yeah I owe a bit of money to that school and that school alone. Unless you're ran and under the umbrella of the same fraudulent parent company that CTU is. Hmm... starting to make sense now isn't it people. We need to shut down and sue and audit the Career Education Corporation. Yes the very same one behind those commercials "get connected for free with education connection." Yep them.
Look up that name and the lawsuites that are already pending or in action or in the past agains them. They are mega abusers of the Title 4 funding messing with our tax dollars and more. Sounds more like a degree mill to me. AIU is probably one of their schools. But FACT is I was never an AIU student. Hmm..

So Tracey, it seems your case was dismissed - and rather quickly. Want to fill us in on the details?

I'm not putting my cc info into PACER just to read your documents. But I did find it curious that you filed as a civil rights violation due to disability, when you never even mentioned that in your post. There's a big difference between breach of contract and discrimination. So which was it?

You must work for AIU #1: Me & my husband are not divorced #1 as if it's any of your business, #2: AIU is not my friends don't Rip friends off, #3: my husband does get SSI it's not enough to live off of he does get Medicaid services if it's any of your business, #3: I didn't post anything negative on Facebook I don't get on there as much since I am still in school and if you are one of the people ripping us off then keep your post to yourself I hope one day you have a child like my husband sick and you get ripped off it's always an excuse if you must know that money was supposed to be here the 26th and everything AIU did yes it does constitute a lawsuit because AIU breached the contract when they lied & said the money would be here the 26th you are just lying

Your pictures aren't clear, so I searched for the case file which, as it turns out, isn't available online yet. But the other 80+ cases with your name are there so I scanned through a few. Looks like divorce from your husband Micheal went through. Too bad you lost all the other ones. But that's neither here nor there.
Financial aid can take awhile, and can be held up by a lot of things. It doesn't create a lawsuit. Besides, student loan funds are supposed to be used for tuition and school related expenses, NOT getting your (ex?) huband off the street. If he's as sick as you say he is, he should be getting SSD, SSI and Medicaid.
Getting an "F" is on essay isn't surprising if it at all resembled what you wrote here and on your Facebook page. Learn how to use the period and comma. They are your friends. Run-on sentences and poor grammar are not. Also remember that if you really do think you might go to law school some day, they WILL check your social media.
