American Knights Moving & Storage Toll Free #866.931.6190 They lied throughout the entire move. They quoted one price and then bumped it up $635.00. They wanted half upon loading up and half upon delivery. When the eighteen wheeler finally did arrive at m Houston, Texas
They bumped up the pricing $635.00; lied about when delivery would be in Georgia; never followed up with response to my phone calls; kept putting off delivery date when promised it would be there the next weekend; the contracting 18 wheeler was an unmarked truck and the truck driver insisted on cash before they would open the doors of the truct or bring anything in to my home. When I called the guy who packed my things on the truck to inquire why I couldn't pay him after he delivered my items he said "I forgot to tell you ... you have to pay up front." They broke a couple of items and laughed about it. They claim they are BBB Accredited but when I called the BBB to check them out (unfortunately after the fact) they are NOT BBB Accredited.
Dwight was my sales contact person and Jesus was the packer who came to my home in Valley Ranch, TX. They were never on time for anything. I would not recommend them nor will I use them ever again.
