American Leisure MD, EasySaver MD, HomeSource MD EasySaver, American Lesiure have charged my credit card approxiately 32 times in the the past 2 months Lanham Maryland
I am a single parent in search of a home. I saw an advertisement about homes in forclosure. It seemed very interesting and trustworthy, to offer free access to view prospective homes. I called the number, but I was put on hold so long, I decided to use the internet to register my information. There was some type of fee needed to be paid by credit card. So I entered my credit card number, but my card would not be charged until after 45 days. I received a call minutes later, verifying that all my information was correct. The Rep. also offered other incentives such free trials and hotel stays, which I declined. After searching the internet for prospective homes, I saw that there were none in my area. A few days later, I cancelled my services, not thinking much about it until 6/10/08. I viewed my credit card statements online and so that American Leisure and Easysaver have ran my credit card over 32 times beginning April 11 up until 6/3 sometimes twice a day. There are about five different telephone numbers associated with this company. I called all five numbers and recieved the same prompt. The prompt says if you are calling to cancel your services, enter the telephone number associated with the service. When I entered my number, the call was rerouted to my number and my phone rang. I tried calling all five numbers the next number and each number had me on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever answered.
