American Memorial Life Insurance Company Wrong phone number on their website - Will not provide me a copy of policy. Rapid City South Dakota
It is now 3 years and I am still waiting after I wrote to American Memorial Life Insurance Company for a copy of the burial insurance policy.
I sent them a letter Certified, Registered, Return Receipt and they have not yet responded.
The telephone number on their website is NOT the telephone number of the company - after much researching I did find their CORRECT phone number and have posted it on this report:CORRECT NUMBER IS: 605-719-0999.
When I called the WRONG telephone number they listed online: WRONG NUMBER: 855-460-0743 - it goes to a call center company that says they get a lot of these phone calls and do not know why.
My mother took this policy out on me years ago and I am just wanting some basic information with no bs. So far, no luck on any of the above.
