Robert Webb with American Moving Group called me on May 15th to offer their moving service and after a 10 minute conversation, the sales rep, Mr. Webb, said I was a "f****** moron" and hangs up. I called back to get a manager on the phone to complain and to get the company number rather than Mr. Webb's direct line and he, Max Bruno, eventually called me back, siding with his employee and began swearing and berating me.

This was not written by a customer but was written by a disgruntled employee. Our company, especially management, would never use profanity over the phone.

Fact:
This person is claiming they were never a customer of our company. If this customer said "no" to utlizing our service, how do they know so many employee names?
