This was an authorized transaction - when a person comes to our website, on their own volition, it clearly states what the membership entails. The fees are all upfront on the application, as well as in the Terms & Conditions, which are listed several times on both pages of the application. It also advises you that this will be an electronic check, which that person did indeed authorize. It even states on that paper check that the bank holder authorized the debit. If this transaction was a true unauthorized debit, that means that someone else used that person's bank account number, routing number, and all other personal information. If this customer called us, we would've explained the Fraud Policy in detail and assisted in every way possible with the police and their investigation. We take fraud seriously, and will do whatever it takes to find out the truth.
