Why have a BBB if companies like this exist? After leaving 10 doorhangers a week on my home, I decided to give the company a chance. They have salespersons who come to your door and misrepresent themselves as "Adjusters" from the county. Simply these door knockers have no experience or credentials to claim they are adjusters. After allowing the company to do a so'called "assessment" of my roof , siding and gutters; they tried to manipulate me into believing that I needed a new roof. I am elderly and recently widowed so the time these crafty salespersons were spending coming back and forth to my home distracted me from my real life issues. It's a big circle jerk as these c***suckers jerk your chain left and right. And it is more than one. Sometimes 3 different jerkoffs would come to my door per day from this company. They wanted me to pay upfront in advance before contacting the Insurance company about my benefits. The guy name was Jesse one day then Luis another day. THen another roofing company came to my door who had my information that I gave this company and tried to negotiate terms.
After surrendering to the harrassment, they tried to make me pay for the materials, labor, dump and permits. Coincidentally, I started recieving these scam calls about me owing the IRS during this period. After the work was scheduled, they rescheduled two more times. Also, the laborers were immigrants who could not speak a lick of English. These so called laborers were so slow finishing my roof. They were occupying my premises for days and days. Do not and I repeat do not allow this company to advocate for you or replace your roof.
