AMERICAN PROPOSITION LEND-DEBT POINT LLC. I have never heard of these people that claim they sent emails to me regarding a debit have never heard of eithe! They are BULLIES THREATENING & HAVE MY SS#! Internet
Received email that said ...not only did I owe money but I had limited time to pay because I had ignored previous collection requests! I have never heard of these people! THEY HAVE MY SS#! So I replied asking "who are you?" Have them my phone number. Further I said I needed a name and phone number. Their email claims if I don't pay ..."We have repeatedly advised you of your long overdue balance in the amount of $1210.00. Since you have not made payment we have turned your account over to our attorneys and instructed them to commence suit without further delay. There is still time, however, to avoid suit if you contact us within the next 24 hours. This will be your final opporIf once the case file downloaded inside the court then it will add Late payment fees, Documentation fees, Penalty fees, Judge fees and Attorney Charges and Court House fees which may go up to $3589.27. " Then their email became threatening.., "YOU NEED TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE WITHIN TODAY AND TOMORROW TO GET THIS PROCESS DONE BECAUSE I LEARN THAT YOU WERE SENT SEVERAL E-MAIL WITHOUT GETTING A RESPONSE FROM YOU, PLEASE BEAR IT IN MIND THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN HELP YOU AT THIS MOMENT OR YOU WOULD HAVE TO FACE THE LAW AND ITS CONSEQUENCES ONCE IT HAS BEFALL ON YOU. I just want your final answer whether you are going to make the payment. Just answer me Yes or No. Reply me back immediately so I can do further process on your case file. Thank You.tunity to resolve matters without the expense of court proceedings." I have NEVER HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE OR RECEIVED ANY PREVIOUS EMAILS!

IT IS A SCAM... I RECEIVED THE SAME EMAIL WITH THE SAME AMOUNTS... I AM NOT ENTERTAINING THESE PEOPLE......
CREDITORS SUPPOSED TO SEND YOU A WRITTEN NOTICE WITH ORIGINAL CREDITOR AND ALSO YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RESPOND... THIS EMAIL SAYS 7.... THEY ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH TRYING TO PREY ON PEOPLE...
