American Publishers Service Mountain area communications They ripped me off Sandusky, Ohio
They called me and said I would receive a 1,000 dollar shopping spree if I bought their magazines. I agreed and they told me if I needed to cancel I could. As soon as I got off the phone I googled their name and found horrible reports on them.
So I tried to call back and the number would not go through. So I looked through Google and found their number I called them and canceled they told me that my subscription would be canceled. 4 months pass by and I see that they were still billing me. So I called them back and the lady got really rude with me and told me I couldn't cancel and was basically screaming at me because I no longer wanted the subscription.
I went to the bank and changed my card immediately. Not a month afterwards they kept calling me telling me my payment was late and every time I told them that I canceled it and wanted nothing more to do with it she would get really nasty with me. They would call me and hang up at least twice a week.
I just now received a letter saying that they are sending it to collections. I have paid for 4 months and I have still never received my magazines and when I called to cancel it the lady told me that I would receive those magazines and I still have not. They are saying that I owe them 764.09.
