ive had ars as my service co for years and have no issues as i know that they are not perfect but have always been fare to me.ars put in my system and as i have gotten other estimates ars is in the ball park so we moved forward with the install.no problems as of yet and if any in sure they will fix them so thats my view of the company.

UpDate!! I decided to read any/all recent activity from Yelpers because of a few email's I recieved. READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! About a week ago, I got a message in my Yelp in box that read "so what your saying is,THEYFIRED YOU" from a Sacramento Yelp user who's profile name is "william j". It didnt click at first, they think this review is from a HOSTILE EX EMPLOYEE! This company has screwed past employees the same as the people that call for service, read the investigation link i posted from Oregon, where past employees filed a lawsuite agianst them becaused they would not do their bidding!. The review from Aladia L - I think this is the same "Bill Raymond" from her review. So I replied to Yelp user william j, "So what your saying is,YOU DONT KNOW THE DAMAGE YOUR COMPANY HAS DONE. And you fit right in". I wrote a flagged message for Yelp to review - "My Friends and family have been damaged by this company and are part of the law suite with the attorney general Tom Horne in the state of Arizona. This is the type of people they hire. Please read my posting. Please review the reply from Beutler's - ARS/Rescue Rooters retaliation". KEEP READING THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING AND INFORMITIVE FOR CONSUMERS IN SACRAMENTO!

I know a family were I live just got a repair from ARS/Rescue Rooter on his Hvac, some people just dont learn - THE TECHNICIAN HAD TO CALL A 1800# TO REPORT HIS INVOICE BECAUSE OF THE LAWSUITE IN ARIZONA! Any invoice over $1500.00 and the Client is 55 years or older - they have to report thier activities - its called taking advantage of the elderly!

I only feel sorry for the people that work for them that are honest and may be without employment because the "Explosive" sales tactics that are now catching up with information savy research the net provides.
