We admit that our customer service has suffered with the slow economy and lay offs we had to do, but we have updated Mr. Alex via email 19 times since their order arrived. Mr. Alex of Oakley, CA sent in a batch of parts to be processed by our company. The parts arrived while we were moving from one facility to another. The wheels and hubs were processed by one of our suppliers, and the rotor centers and pulley by another supplier. The wheels and hubs have been finished and sent to the customer. The pulley and rotor centers are being completed and will be shipped back as soon as they are returned to us from our supplier. Normally parts do not take this long, but they arrived during a transition and got delayed. Sincerely General Manager
