Since my last report there have been numerous other similar reports, has anyone got any further information on this pond life? is he still at large? trading? still ripping consumers off unchallenged? Any info would be greatly appreciated!......... I would like to think that sometime soon the authorities or an individual will catch up with Pat Curran and he will get the treatment he so rightly deserves after de-frauding so many bikers out of their hard earned cash!!.............

I, as well, am out of pocket for $2740 (the cost I paid for 4 custom 22" truck wheels + the cost I paid Pat for plating). This was 4 months ago when I initiated this arrangement. He has since disappeared with my property. His listed ph. #'s either respond with a busy signal or an automated message stating that "at the subscribers request, this number no longer accepts incoming calls." He has closed shop in Santa Fe Springs. His address in Pasadena is nothing more than a PO Box in a UPS store within a Ralph's shopping center (I drove out there to check). He does not respond to email or text messages. I have since sent a certified letter requesting the return of my property and registered a complaint with the BBB. If I do not receive a response, I have no recourse but to file a small claims case and try levy a report with law enforcement for theft.

After reluctantly agreeing to have my order completed by another supplier (after unsuccesfully trying to get a refund for the last six months) it now appears that Pat Curran has again stopped answering mail, & the USA CHROME website has dissapeared? After nearly a year of broken promises, lies & sob stories, & losing $ 2200 into the bargain, things are looking very grim for a result on this! I really hope Pat Curran the very worst of everything for the future, and that one day he gets what he deserves for de-frauding me & all his other victims & just getting away with it! Its just a pity there is a big ocean between us!

Thank you for the opportunity to reply. Our customer in England ordered a custom set of wheels. We gave this order to a supplier of ours, who has since gone out of business. We have given the order to a new supplier. The wheel are to be completed shortly, and shipped to the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we also provide the customer with free additional products for the hassle.

Yes i cancelled my order after waiting 7 months! I paid the full amount on ordering in Nov 07! As yet, (9th June 08) i have received nothing by means of a refund, despite what Pat Curran claims! ( i can confirm this through my Paypal account!) If a refund had been returned i would be praising his honesty not condemning him! He is a dishonest, shameful, bare-faced fraudster, who is desperately trying to save his reputation on this site by any means except resolving the dispute & being true to his word. DONT BELIEVE A WORD HE TELLS YOU !!!!.. LIES, LIES & MORE LIES!!!

After i filed my report on the above, Pat Curran contacted me via e-mail, apologising for my problems and offering a refund! This i quickly accepted, but once again the communication has stopped!? No contact again?!........ How long can it take to send a Paypal refund?............ Come on Pat! you obviously read these reports (unlike your personal mail)....... Clear your name and send me my money back!... quickly!...
