AMERICAN SERVICING COMPANY-WELLS FARGO BANK UNFAIR REAL ESTATE PRACTICES. TOOK SHORT SALE AWAY FROM COMSUMER AND AUCTION TO A ASSOCIATE DES MOINES, Iowa
I LOST MY JOB AND HAVE BEEN UNEMPLOYED FOR ABOUT 17 MONTHS NOW. I WAS UNABLE TO PAY MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT OF $2100.00DOLLARS A MONTH. I APPLIED FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION WHICH MADE MY PAYMENT AT $1550.00 DOLLARS A MONTH. THIS MODIFICATION LASTED ABOUT A YEAR. THE MODIFICATION WAS REVISE BY THE BANK AFTER A YEAR AND WENT UP TO $1860.00 DOLLARS.STILL UNEMPOYED I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE HOUSE UP. BUT I FOUND SOMEONE TO PURCHASE MY HOUSE AS A SHORT SALE BY THE BANK. SO THEY DELAYED THE AUCTION AND COUSMER MADE AN OFFER OF $145,000.00 DOLLARS. THE BANK DECLINED AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE $150,000.00 DOLLARS FOR THE HOUSE AND TO RESUBMIT THAT OFFER. WE HAD TWO DAYS TO RESUBMIT AND UPDATE ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS. BUT IT WAS DONE THAT SAME DAY AND RESUBMITTE THE NEXT DAY. THE BANK AUCTION THE HOUSE AND SOLD IT FOR $152,900 DOLLARS. WITH OUT LETTING OR GIVING THE CONSUMER A CHANCE TO PURCHASE THE HOUSE. I THINK THAT WAS UNFAIR AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. YOU CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT THE BANK SOLD IT TO AN ASSOICATE OF THIERS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT THIS MATTER. I DIDN'T WANT A FORECLOSUER ON MY RECORD.

Craig and Erlinda, The reason that Americans have little "hope" is that the ones who are controlling our government are the ones who were responsible for the COLLAPSE.....

of our economy, which is directly linked to the housing problem (foreclosure) in the USA, in my opinion.
Most Americans believe that the politicians are in control of our government. That's wrong. The ones who control our government are the same group of people who control our economy.
*You can 'Google' this- ORIGINAL DISSENT WHO CONTROLS THE U.S. ECONOMY?, and go to that site to see who some of these people are.
(I believe that they also indirectly control the U.S. Military.)
They obviously are NOT "for" the people of the USA, wouldn't you agree?
They are "for" PROFIT.
That's why there is little "hope" for the people of this country. I believe that another COLLAPSE is approaching because jobs are not being created in a way that will turn things around in a timely manner.
