American Water Distillers They sell defective products that can cause house fires, the person answering the phone is extremely drunk Toronto Ohio
We bought a distiller from this company and then tried to call customer service and left message. After a week, we called again and left message and still no return call. We then decided to hit the sales option and we immediately received an answer. When trying to explain the problem, they hung up on us and it appears the person was extremely drunk. We tried a few times to talk to this person, but they were pretty much out of it. We then tried Shirley Fountain, option 3, who claims she is head of marketing (this claim entertained us quite a bit) and no answer and left several messages.
The distiller we bought caught on fire and this company should be stopped before anymore danger comes from their defective products. This is a real danger and something needs to be done about this bogus and ripoff company. At a minimum I hope that this report prevents anyone else from this experience.
