Is americancreditgroup.com a scam? as soon as I signed up with Americancreditgroup I was billed 3 times in one month. When I called about it I was given some explanations but still haven't seen any work done. It also looks like the age of their company is a lie.

I am starting to get that sinking feeling that american credit group ripped me off. Has anybody else used them and got results, or have I been had?

I am a REAL customer.  In fact, I will give you my name and location to verify it.  Linda Burroughs, Bristow, VA.  And, I believe this response (from the Owner, to be from Marlon), a complete scam artist.  I joined American Credit Group in December of 2010 - and NOTHING was done - not ONE thing (except for forcing me into complete financial ruin).  I was even sued by Discover in June, a Warrent in Debt issued, and when I begged the ACG to assist me in how to proceed, I could not even get a returned phone call.  This Company is a complete joke - a scam.  I cancelled my contract and was told that I would receive a refund in the amount of $1650.00 with 15 days - that was May 31, 2011.  As of today, August 22, not one cent has come my way.  It is a miracle to get a call back - in fact it requires threats of law suits.  And, when I did, I had an extremely heated call with the "Owner", which he denies being in Court, by the way, where he called his customers "scum bags who don't pay their bills".  How's that for a Company who is working for YOU, the customer?  RUN from this company - they are scam artists!!

Our customer service policy is very clear.  Customers may cancel at anytime and, if they believe they have paid for services they have not received we would be happy to provide a refund.  However, this client (if real) has 24/7 access to our Customer Center to see exactly what has been done on their behalf.  The claim that, "...still haven't seen any work done..." is patently false as a review of all client records indicates a minimum number of actions have been taken or management receives notification via our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

We do not take false claims lightly.  Nor do we ignore competitor efforts to falsely discredit our service.

If this is a real client, we'd be happy to extend a refund, despite the proof of services rendered we would happily provide to the client (although the client already has access to that information).  Why?  Because we recognize their are less than scrupulous businesses and competitors that will tell prospective clients anything to get their money.  American Credit Group does not subscribe to that method of business.  And no one client, nor the $89 setup or $49 monthly fee is worth having our reputation and integrity called into question.

American Credit Group believes this is a hoax, and patently false.  Perpetrated by someone with a financial interest in discrediting American Credit Group.
