America's Best Barbecue lies and cheats you out of money and doesn't respond to emails and calls ripoff Kansas City Missouri
I ordered some items from America's Best BBQ (America's worst company) and was charged the day after I ordered. I didn't receive my items and when I emailed them, they said that they were going to be a little late. I waited and emailed to find out the status. They replied twice and then stopped replying and would not acknowledge when I asked for a refund.
When I called the 800 number all I would get is the answering machine, so I called over an over until I got a real person on the line. She said they would give me a refund, but that it takes a 30 day billing cycle, which seemed ridiculous to me, but I waited. When the 30 days had come and gone, I called and called again until I got someone on the phone. It was the same woman and she then told me it takes two billing cycles (60 days) to get a refund. She was extremely rude and would not let me speak to anyone in accounting or anyone else for that matter. I have tried to call again and email, but they will not answer or reply.
It has been almost 3 months since my card was charged and I now am having to file a dispute with my bank.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE CHEATS AND FRAUDS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
