This is a crooked and rigged casino. I have a severe gambling addiction and it is reported and I am blacklisted. I signed up for their site and tried to use credit card but because I requested blacklisted due to addiction it denied me. That killed the urge until this unscrupulous company contacted me and encouraged me to get bitcoin account and deposit.

Of course my disease won and i proceeded to deposit all the money i had in one night, even win I won I would keep playing. I wrote to them when the wake up of not being able to spend any more money hit me and they were basically like tough. They prey on problem gamblers. They purposely baited me in knowing I asked to be blacklisted because I have a severe disease.

I have explained this more than once, it is clear you choose to only believe what you want and only comprehend what you can. Kind of like the person that screams fake news when all that is being reported is what they said. Just know your childish insults were nothing more than childish.

You're clearly never going to explain how this online casino is "crooked" or "rigged" so I'll just leave you to be bitter that the WORLD isn't stuffed into a child-proof bottle so you can be saved from yourself.

First off I am not your buddy. Secondly, I see now what you are nothing more than internet troll. A troll that has never experienced addiction, a troll that has the maturity level of a child, a troll that doesnt believe what someone says but expects their opinion to be fact.

A troll that literally has nothing better to do with his life. You see I didnt post this for a refund, or for any other purpose for myself. I posted this to warn others period. I dont care if you believe me or not, but the fact that you are so personal with this is clearly a motive that you are simply a sad troll or someone looking to redeem a crooked business.

If you took two seconds to read their original response they said that they could not reveal the reason for not being able to use a credit card due to privacy concerns. If the report was about me what privacy concerns are there???? They knew as I had reported it.

They chose to ignore it. Oh BTW when I pointed that out to them they now claim there was no reason, but stated that there was before and they couldnt release it. Be a better person.

"I'm assuming you work there..." sooner or later, that's going to be the Go To attack on anyone who disagrees with people who don't have a leg to stand on.  Yeah, buddy, I totally work for them and that's why I am arguing with you.   Not because I have a different opinion.  Nope, it's because they are paying me.  What else could it be?  How could anyone legitimately disagree with you?  You caught me.  Feel validated now?

...for you to finally get around to telling us how the site was "crooked" and "rigged," but clearly that's not going to happen.  You should just get someone to lock you up so you can't do any more harm to yourself, rather than expect the world to be covered in soft padding.

One more time.  You haven't demonstrated that the site had any idea why your credit card was blocked, and I strongly suspect that information isn't even available as it is clearly personal.  Seeing a potential customer who EXPRESSED A DESIRE TO PLAY, the site offered that customer another option.  And that's ALL IT DID.

Seriously, stop your whining already.  You're just being pathetic.  Next you'll be blaming your cable company for providing you an internet connection without filtering all gaming sites 'cause Gosh Darn It they should just KNOW you can't handle it.  Sorry you have an addiction.  NOT sorry that the world isn't going to be made responsible for keeping you away from ways to feed your addiction.

Get rid of your computer so you can't go online.  Give up your car keys so you can't go buy scratch-offs.  Or follow my earlier suggestion and just get someone to lock you up.  Anything to cure you of your bigger addiction: your bizarre conviction that your problem is everyone's problem.

Comprehension

You seem to have a reading comprehension problem, so let me clarify again. I was put on the list because I have a gambling addiction and I know I cannot control it it was not a lost about using a credit card, it was a blacklist period from gambling sites. The reason it is a ripoff is they chose to completely ignore the list and offered bitcoin a product that cannot be disputed to steal the money of a noted addict that begged for help to stop gambling.

They should have not allowed me to register at their site period per the list. I am assuming you work there and that is why you dont seem to understand this and dont seem to care that if they would chose to ignore the problem list they also would be capable of just about anything else as well. But hey, if you don't work there and chose to play here than do so at your own risk as you have been warned. They didnt do me a favor by offering bitcoin, they did so to take advantage and stop a chargeback.

As I explained in my original post, I get that gambling is an addiction, and addiction is a disease.  That is not in dispute.

What IS in dispute- and what you failed to address- is the simple question as to where the "ripoff" is here.  All the gambling site knew was that you could not use a credit card at the site, so it offered an alternative (actually, a computer program offered an alternative.)  And you took the alternative.  And now you are blaming the site for providing it.

Again, this is no different than a liquor store offering several alternative ways for a drunk to purchase alcohol if his credit card is refused.  In the end, that drunk walked into a store offering a legal service, just as you went to a web site offering a legal service.

I'm sorry you are a gambling addict- but your issues can't be made anyone else's issues.  No one is going to clear the world of sharp objects because you can't help but try to cut yourself.  You are going to have to deal with this your entire life- but that doesn't make the people who are offering you an opportunity to feed your addiction scammers or ripoff artists.  Sorry.

I just want to say that even if I would have won thousands of dollars I would not have stopped until it was gone. That is why I took extra precautions and had myself put on a blacklist.

Addiction

Obviously you have no clue what an actual addiction means. It means you literally have no control. I was on meds for it Lexapro, but lost my job and insurance so I couldn't afford it anymore. Second, I put myself on a blacklist to stop from being able to register, because I have no control. I also signed myself out of every land based casino.

I have taken responsibility for my actions, but like I said if I had control it wouldnt be a disease. So, while maybe you havent ever experienced addiction and I pray you never do. Dont comment ignorance when you know nothing about it. I have done everything I can to control it, but i am an addict plain and simple.

The meds helped but when the insurance stopped so did they. This casino chose to ignore the warning signs and blacklist and take the money anyway. Now does that sound like a place that is reputable? If they prey on addicts they would most certainly cheat players as well without hesitation.

Casinos can make tons of money off legitimate non addicted players, why would they profit from ones that have no control? Walk a mile in someones shoes before you comment next time. If you have never experienced true addiction you really have no clue.

You are a gambling addict who intentionally went to a gambling website and attempted to play using a credit card.  You are blacklisted, so the website was not able to approve use of your card.  The website then suggested other options.

You proceeded to follow their advice and use one of the alternate options for securing your account and making it possible for you to play.  All the site did was give you options- you went ahead and used one of them.

You proceeded to gamble and lose money- and NOW the site is "crooked" and "rigged" and "prey on problem gamblers" and "purposely baited" you because you have a "severe disease."

I wonder what your attitude toward the site would be if you had walked away a winner.  Would you have been just as angry for their willingness to enabling your illness and refunded their money?

This is going to sound harsh, but you need to hear it.  Yes, gambling is a disease.  No, that does not mean that the world has to treat you like a child and keep you away from the sharp objects you insist on reaching for.  Unless the site really was "crooked" and "rigged" (and you give no evidence of this in your post) this is YOUR problem and nobody else is obligated to help you deal with it.  If you were an alcoholic, you'd be posting that the evil, corrupt, crooked, rigged liquor store sold you a six-pack.  Take some responsibility for your own issues and stop asking the world to be your Mommy, rescuing you from yourself.
