Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I hang my head in shame. I always thought I was a smart person but I got wrapped up in this one. I paid my money, got my material. If I had stopped there it wouldn't have been bad. But so much material to comprehend, I needed help, called for the coaching that kept coming to my e-mail. Sound good how can I loose, promises to reimburse after 6 deals. Bought the senders list, 800 number, business cards, special e-mail address and 1 year for a post office box. I meant business and I was ready to go. sent the cards out $144 later. The majority was returned for bad address. Purchased the note generator. I couldn't even print it from my printer it required a special program only printing companies have.

Started knocking on doors of attorneys, cpa's, real estate brokers and realtors. Every one of them looked like I had lost my mind or I was from outer space. My speel was just like the coach had said. I got one bite...come to find out he wanted a loan.... not sell a note. The 5th week, we are now talking about making the deal from the calls generated by the post cards and newsletters that doesn't print. Wait a minute... I'm still trying to talk to these professionals that looks at me like I just walked out of the Mental Hospital and forgot to take my meds.

As if that wasn't enough... I purchased the protege plan. Was going to denver 5 star hotel. Had to pay my flight & thousands of dollars later. Next day, I get this homework.... nothing telling me about talking to professionals. But I need to get ready to mail those newsletters and for a price Russ Dalbey will write them for me.... because he has the experience.

Well... my insanity finally left me. A wake up call finally rung those bells in my head... They are making all the money and all I'm getting is more bills. Today, I decided to do a better business search and don't you know I found Rip-off Report. As I read someone elses experience my tummy churned.

I decided to stop everything. I purchased the first report on April the 11th. It's May 17th now, so I'm sure they won't want to refund. My Winner Circle membership with the trip to Denver was charged out on May 11th. I have put in a request asking for a refund of both of those sessions. I didn't ask for a refund of the note generator. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

Anyway, I'm just hoping that by posting this info on Rip-Off Report, it will protect me and help me get my money back like the young man I read about today.

Don't be fooled by 3 day cancel

#2Consumer Suggestion

Fri, June 03, 2005

Hi,

- Don't be foolded, they try to hide behind the 3 day right to recind. It is only there for remorseful buyers. For those that bought in the excitement of the moment and regret the decision, so they are able to reverse it within the 3 days.

You are still entitled to a refund if:

- You present your facts, as to why you want and deserve a refund.

- Show how they did not live up to their product capabilities, promises, etc.

- What did they tell you to get you to trust them & purchase their package? How were the products you received different from what they told you? Look at all the products they sent to you, whose logos & business names & addresses are on the different products? What company name is on your credit card statement?

-(Look for titles that say REFUND recieved and do what these people did to get their refund) Read some ripoff reports on Auctions for Income, Summit Consulting, PCS/Professional Consulting Services, PMI/Professional Marketing Inc, NMR/National Marketing Resources, StoresOnline, John Beck, Mentoring of America, Onlinesupplier.com, IDI/Internet Development Inc.

You will only get a refund if you can show misrepresentation of product & services, show that they used unfair trade practices (not disclosing all costs/fees/renewal services costs PRIOR to finalizing sale) &/or fraud. Show that they had not been honest & upfront with all program expenses so you were not able to make an informed decision. Now that you have reviewed all the information and found discrepancies (list them) you would have never made the purchase to begin with. What parts of the program tutorial, software, etc isn't as described or isn't working. Some reports are very detailed in these facts, you need to do the same.

Read America's Note Network BBB report.
http://www.data.bbb.org/denver2.asp
Look at all the DBA names, phone numbers, addresses. Do separate searches for all the DBA names. Reading other reports will help you find similarities between your experience and that of others. The company keeps changing names, addresses, even states to relocate trying to outrun negative BBB reports & rip-off reports, but they always seem to turn up sooner than later.

Wishing you the best

Cash Flow.com, PMI , America's Note Network, Russ Dalbey - ALL THE SAME COMPANY.

Just wanted to add that Cash Flow.com, PMI, and American's Note Network is all the same company. What a mess, I should have known. Looking through other reports on this site I found more companies tied to Russ Dalbey name. This is a SCAM big time. I'm contacting as many people as I can to let them know. The Attorney General, State of Florida, television stations. This type of thing has to stop.

I forgot to mention that I was stupid enough to spend around $9,000 + airlines cancellation, after reading about all the problems the others have had. I just hope I am as lucky as the gentleman who got his money back and changed his opinion of Russ Darby's program. Of course, now their getting you to file disclaimers with your purchases or record you saying you understand your commitment to the program and you have 3 days for cancelation purposes. PLEASE FOLKS, DON'T FALL INTO THE WEB OF DESCEIT. You kid yourself into thinking I can make a decision in 30 days.....NO...you get wrapped up in their web.

I have received a copy of the fax that states I understand I can't cancel without a penality....so I guess I will have to kiss my $9,000 goodbye, unless someone out there can help me.

My credit, my good character destroyed, because I was fed a line of bologona.
