Well let me start off by saying i got the address of this company from a different ripoff report because i could not find it anywhere...

This company harasses you to know end, calling several times a day, early in the morning and late and night, not only that but most calls are automated and can barely be heard, they tell you to call this number back, and when you do you are waiting on hold for a considerable amount of time...

And I know the payment is due on the 1st, and the 16th is the grace period, but ill pay the thing when I have the money.

They called me, live, telling me since my account was more than 15 days past due I had to pay them. I told them, I am getting an insurance check, i will pay the thing dont worry. The lady on the phone told me she needed to get a date from me before she could let me go, I asked why and she said she needs a date when I expect to be able to make payments. I told her a date and said, DO NOT take any money out, and DO NOT call me again, I will call on the day I want the money paid. She told me thats find just call back whenever...

Sure enough the payment was taken out without my permission, now they tell me they cant do anything, besides telling me I owe them for several late fees, which I do not owe. This company is garbage, they have no actual website and I am unable to make payments online with them, I must use moneygram, or some other way of sending money online. Besides the fact that all online payments cost $10, which is unheard of. Phone payments cost more, and the automated system does not give me the right amount due, and takes over 20 minutes to get through the menu before you find this out.

Now I am fighting with them, I told the woman on the phone just today, I didnt authorize a payemnt, she says well I think you did, and tells me she cant do anything to help me. I am fighting with my bank to fix this, since my bank put it through without the money in my account.

I hate this company, they should not be allowed to do business, period.

Go here: budhibbs.com Click on "Agencies To Avoid" Scroll through the list to see if the one hassling you is there. They are in alphabetical order. Hibbs's site has a ton of information on collection agencies and how to deal with these parasites. Don't let them drag you down! Fight back!

Regarding the fact that they "harass you to know end, calling several times a day, early in the morning and late and night." There is a law called the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. It gives guidelines on what they can and can not due to collect delinquent debt, and they follow every one of those rules. If you do not want to get called pay your bills!!

Hi, I used to work in the collections dept of this crappy company. Maria is correct, just hang up when they call. It's also worth it to send a letter stating you do not want anymore phone calls. It's a cease and desist letter. Hopefully they will admit to getting it and stop calling. Otherwise, expect a nasty phone call every month beginning around the 2nd of the month. I never understood why we had to call borrowers every single day. I'm just glad I no longer work there.

I work in customer service, FYI when someone calls you about your pmt it is collections, HANG UP! I have seen so many accounts where collections have dated a pmt to be taken out and the homeowner did not realize what they did. Collections get bonuses off the money they collect. Unfortunately, in customer service our hands are tied because we can't see any of collections information. Since your loan is due on the first, after the 1st collections start calling and leave messages for the homeowner to call back, it is only about the pmt. Like I said before if they call again just hang up!
