America's Servicing Company Fraudulent Practices and trying to steal our home ripoff Des Moines, Iowa
I was clearly communicating with America's Servicing Company representative of a slump in income, and thought we were getting a loan modification. The "package" with the loan modification doucement came a day after it was due, and missing the documents! I paid large amounts to take a foreclosure to a forbearance agreement, but that agreement came with gross errors so I would have to pay well over $100,000 in 10 months to keep the house BEYOND what I thought we owed.
They keep trying to sell the house, I have a TRO but their lawyer tries every trick to get the TRO overturned and sell by forclosure sale. I am paying over $15,000 in legal fees to just stay in the fight!
ASC and its partners, including Wells Fargo, are doing everyting they can to sell the property right out from under us. I have talked with Eddy Norfleet as suggested and she said she would investigate. In the meantime, ASC is driving me to the poor house and has made charges at every turn that should prove to be illegal and fraudulent.
Please, some lawyer pick this up as class action lawsuit.

by the way, the house is worth $1.5mil and I owe less than $0.6mil tidy profit for ASC if they prevail
