There is a solution to the games that ASC plays. As a mortgage Broker in Ohio I have had the unfortunate luck of running into ASC twice in past year and have found that dealing with them directly is impossible. Instead this is a short way of dealing with them and getting resolution through their parent company, Wells Fargo. The trick is to locate Wells Fargo's home office and the name of their Chairman/CEO. After reading everyones reports on here and being forced to deal with these people I feel obligated to share this information with all of you.

415-396-4473 (Sarah Morales another atty for Wells Fargo, she will give you names and numbers of others if you are nice to her.
Please Keep in mind that if you dial 415-396-**** you will receive Wells Fargo, virtually any department, do not use 415-396-4000 as that will just transfer you to the 800 number and also do not use 415-396-0100 as that is the FCC which will be of no help to you.
Further, in my experience the problem that persists is not just within ASC but rather ASC's tactics are the same as protocol that Wells Fargo uses on all their customers.
Soon I will have the phone numbers to Des Moines Iowa and will also post those on here to help you out.
As far as any of you in the following states go: Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida and Colorado.
