Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I would love to see our mortgage loan sold to another company. This company is nothing but problems every month. Payments are sent well in advance of the due dates, yet they hold checks...loose checks until after the past due date in order to collect on past due fees. I have never experienced such disorganization from a mortgage company ever!!!

Luckily, my mortgage is out of escrow, and that is something I control, but my monthly payments to them have been a headache for the last two years since they bought the loan from another company. ANY POSSIBLE WAY THIS LOAN CAN BE SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO IS RELIABLE....PLEASE?

When I sit down and write checks, everyone I send checks to, are issued at the same time and mailed at the same time. IN checking with my bank, it shows that all the other checks have been paid by the bank within a week later. Why does ASC hold checks? It happens every month. I am tired and frustrated with them. They have held checks for over three weeks.

On top of this, many months I get calls from them before the due date reminding that payment has not been received. WHY!!! On occassions, when the call was received, the payment had already been posted by my bank...and when I tell them, all I get is an "I am sorry....yes we have your payment...disregard this call."

This month, the payment shows it has not reached them and I can bet they are holding on to it. Now that they finally are online, that is what they want. Now, this is the FIRST company I have seen who charges for online payment when the payment is nor urgent.

And finally, every customer service agent has a different answer for the same inquiry. I questioned today re automated banking and they said it could be scheduled for any date, yet when I pull their Automated Mortgage Payment Authorization Form, it states that auto-payments can only be scheduled up to four days after due date.

GUYS.....get your story straight......and please SELL MY MORTGAGE. I absolutely hate your company.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I am a former employee of this pathetic "company" and had been for over a year. I worked there for almost two years and could never figure out why payments took so long to post. I can't tell you how many customers told me they sent their payments 2 weeks in advance and we still did not have it posted. I completely believe the customers. To the person who originated this thread, your payment shouldn't take longer than 3 days to post since you live in Florida. The auto draft they have is a joke; there were many accounts that got messed up that way. We were also required to call borrowers around the 4th of the month if we did not get the payment and would continue several times every single day. I felt that we shouldn't be calling unless the payment was past the grace period, but ASC had other ideas...Oh, just if anyone doesn't know, Wells Fargo does own ASC. I worked in the Frederick, MD office and ASC is in the same building as Wells Fargo. ASC doesn't even occupy a whole floor! Employees are actually employed by Wells Fargo; we were not even suppossed to say we work for ASC specifically. Let me know if you have any others concerns about this company and I'll respond. Unfortunately, the only way to get away from those idiots is to refinance. I'm glad I got away from them myself!!!!
