I received legitimate past ue notices from America's Servicing Company on my home mortgage. I spoke to them once and gave them all of my financial information via the phone. They were going to attempt to set me up on a repayment plan. I never heard form them again until I received another past due notice in the mail.

I called them again, they said I needed to send in the financial worksheet that they sent me in the mail. I advised them that I already mailed it back. They said they didn't get it and would send out another one that day. I received it one week later, filled it out again and sent it to them.

I called a few days later when I received a foreclosure notice from an attorney. By this time, I had already panicked and listed my home for sale with a local realtor. I called them to notify them of this and to make one last attempt at saving my home. They took my finacial info, again over the phone, told me I wasn't elligible for the re-payment plan but may be elligible for the loan modification, pre-foreclosure sale or the deed in lieu of foreclosure. Again, they said they would mail me another financial statement which I must fill out and return to them.

I did send it back and never heard back from them. I have been attempting for many days to reach them via the number on their letters 866-248-5719. I am put on perpetual hold. Once I was on hold for over 2 hours. I am panick stricken.

I went onto their website but there is only one other number which you can only leave a message on. I have left several messages and still no call back or information. This company is a complete disaster and I am at their mercy. I don't even know what the foreclosure date is and haven't received anymore notices from the attorney.

I am now receiving mail and calls from companies claiming they can bail me out of foreclosure. I am nervous to get involved with them but my home has not sold yet. I do know what to do.
