I have had nothing but problems with this company from the MOMENT they bought my mortgage in November of 2006!

First, when they sent me the information for my first payment....I mailed it like i normally would any other bill, 2 weeks before it was due even!!! the due date was the 1st of the month---when they STILL didnt have it ( i checked online and they were showing that they still didnt receive the check) on the 10th of the month...mind you i sent it 2 weeks before the first of the month....they said they were having problems with there New Jersey PO Box , so to be sure they said i should make a payment online so it is not considered late. so finally when i checked again on the 13th of the month,still nothing,i decided to make that online payment --which costs 10 bucks!! how convienent that my original check shows up and they apply it the VERY next day! so now, i have made TWO payments in one month.

Because i made that ONE TIME authorization from my checking account, THEY assumed i would be doing that EVERY month. so they took it upon themselves to enroll me in there automatic payment plan! NOT authorized!

Finally, i get a letter in the mail saying i have a lapse in my insurance coverage(I DO NOT) so they said send proof or we will tack on 100 or so dollars to your mortgage. well they have received proof 3 different times, and one person i talk to says well we received your policy informaiton but im still showing a lapse, i said you have 2 years of proof of coverage WITH dates on that proof. (the dates they are refering to are within those 2 years worth of coverage) finally a month ago, they said ok we have the proof we will request a refund of the 100 dollars and then when we get that, we will take it off your account. well i get my statement for the next month , its still on there, so i call AGAIN.

today, now the person i talked to said they dont have the proof. how can that be? last month the person told me they did, and the refund was requested, but now all of a sudden they dont have it?? this company is a mess to work with, MY ONLY ADVICE IS TO KEEP EXCELLENT RECORDS AS PROOF, because they will screw you if they can!
