America's Servicing Company COMPLETE FRUAD. COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED Frederick Maryland
Company demanded $2,000 up front to cover my 2005 escrow account in 2004. I refinanced my mortgage and still had to pay the fees. I contacted the Attorney General of Maryland and the US Comptroller. Customer Service harassed me one day after my mortgage was due and I notified them that I was refinancing the loan and that it would be paid off in 72 hours. They are not in compliance with federal consumer laws. BEWARE of this company. They will take you to the cleaners.

"American Servicing Company" is another back door company owned and operated by "Wells Fargo". You need to stay away from BOTH!! Do not communicate by phone, all communication must be in writting. If you are stuck with these PREDATORY Vultures, you need to send all payments in the form of cahsier checks, sent return reciept. You must have all agreements, requests, and anythingelse in writting!! DO NOT trust them to keep their promises! You need to get an attorney if you can find one to help you! It is unlikley that you will, they all will side with the mortgage company, including most, if not all court personel, ie, judges. In witting request an "accounting of your loan" you need to find out where all of the money you have paid is going!! Make that request ASAP!! Keep all records current and altogether!! They are lying thiefs!!
