America's Servicing Company - Wells Fargo Bank Ignored the obvious refused to delete fees for insurance constant fees, no customer service, gives callback # that no one can help Ripoff Los Angeles California
I was having difficulties obtaining proper insurance for my home, America's Servicing Company (aka ASC) added there's to my account ($2800.). Monthly payment went up and when I sent them confirmation I had my own insurance, which they verified they refused to lower monthly payment.
My past experience (20 yrs) with mortgage accounts, when the Treasury rate goes down so does your rate....NOT with ASC...my rate goes up a full point every 6 months and will continue until I reach 12.50%!! If I try to refinance with someone else they will charge me a $6000.00 fee if it is accomplished before having the loan with them for 3yrs. Sounds like a rock and a hard place to me.
They call and leave me a phone number (800/662-3806) which connects me to no one that can do anything but collect fees..Customer Service?? NOT!!
I have been having difficulties due to a car accident a while back...it left me on worker's comp and after 3 shoulder surgeries and 2 back surgeries (fusion)and a damaged nerve in left leg (AFO brace to the knee), I was P & S'd and left with disabilities that no one will hire me.
I have been paying $2000.00, 2200.00 etc. towards my account but none of it seems to be enough to help lower my account. I know they have added another year of their insurance to my account which trying to get someone to take it off and reduce my account???? Still haven't found that person yet.
Is there anyone at America's Servicing Company that is willing to do the right thing and help me save my one and only home???? It may not be much but after 20 years of struggling I would like to keep it.
