Had a promotion coupon for 100.00 visa prepaid card ,per offer purchase 4 tires or 4 wheels, purchased both was told that i would recive 2 cards filed on line for rebate after waiting for about a month went to DTC/ATC DISCOUNT WEB SITE checked by email said my offer had expired its too late
