Ameriloan Run From Ameriloan, Continuously taking unauthorized debits from my account!!~ Scottsdale Florida
Ameriloan is horrible and is and has been commiting fraud. I called one day before my loan was due and told the representative of a banking errors that caused me to not have the funds in my bank account, the respresentative said no problem but fees will appear on your account. I said ok, well sure enough 2 insufficient fund amounts of 38.00. I called again and a new representative told me no problem, they won't take out again because they have already done it twice.
Now I am negative 96.00 in my bank account. Well today, June 19th, 2008, THEY TOOK OUT THREE TIMES!!! I am not negative 190, almost the same amount that the loan is worth! I called complaining and the first representative refused to send me to a manager. I called again and the 'friendly' guy sent me to one ASAP. The manager had NO SYMPATHY for me. She kept saying, "look in the contract, look in the contract!" I called my bank and they told me that once I pay them off, which will be next week that they will close my account. I AM NEVER authorizing anyone to take crap from my account. ONLY ME! I am gonna pay all these pay day loans off.
Please don't get ANY advances, they are dangerous and can land you in debt. ;0(
Im so mad. Does anyone know any where else where I can report them?
