Ameriquest Mortgage Lending ripoff. created a mortgage beyond my homes worth, then sold it to another, home is now in foreclosure Independence Nationwide
Ameriquest lending refinanced my home with high interest, sold the mortgage to Countrywide lending with a huge balloon payment. They overvalued the home, now making it impossible to save. I was desperate, facing serious health problems. Home is now in foreclosure. Only a miracle could save my home. No one will touch it to refinance me now, and they charged me to do this, about 6 grand. I now have no where to go, and worry for myself and my children.
