In deed I have received the activation letter which I have chosen not to sign since by signing it, I would be agreeing to all terms and conditions. I am not activating the account and would like my $200 reimbursement. The letter clearly states that by calling and releasing the electronic code, I would be signing the letter and agreeing to all your terms. I am not calling and releasing such code, and be tricked into activating an account that is no used to me. Again, I have not heard the recording myself, however I am pleading for Ameritrust to show a bit of compromising to resolve the issue. If you could be so kindly to inform me the procedure needed for a reimbursement of $200 from Ameritrust without activating the account. Its silly to me that I have to activate the account to cancel, doesn't makes since. I am not interested in the vouchers or any aspect of your services at this time.
Thank you,
Benjamin

You know we were actually able to cross reference through another system we have here and found out that this account belongs to Benjamin.
After pulling up his recorded verification this is exactly what he agrees to. His ver# is 4993560 and on the recording he agrees to pay the $200 deposit on 11-22-06. He agrees to all terms and conditions of the Ameritrust Financial Merchant Catalog Finance account with a clear, yes. Not only was but 3 times stating he clearly understands.
Now, we have already sent the acceptance letter and his card out to him, and even gave him $300 in payment vouchers so when he recieves his statement he will have $300 in merchandise already paid for.
We had already sent out his letter 3 days after he signed up and he should have recieved it through the mail. However it comes in a plain white envelope and sometimes people will throw it away thinking it is more junk mail. We are not saying that is what happened here, but it is a possibility.
We have followed through on our end.
Mr. Bejamin can go ahead use up his vouchers and if he wants to cancel after that point he certainly can.
Sincerely,
Ameritrust Customer Service
