Ameritrust Financial Is A Scam I gave them $100 and found all the bad critique, so I decided to cancel. Too bad they kept my non-refundable $100 Dallas, Texas
On December 5, 2007, I received a phone call from a gentleman named Brad, with Ameritrust Financial. He sold me this great line of helping me rebuild my credit, i would have a credit card with a $2500 credit limit and I could utlize thie MasterCard anywhere that accepts Mastercard.
As a single mother of 2 and just recouping from the holidays, it seemed like a good deal. I asked they send me literature regarding the terms. I never received any literature did not have any contact information for the company and actually forgot about the conversation. That is until, 2 weeks passed by and $100 was deducted from my checking account. I was unsure of the debit because there was not alot of information associated with the debit. Just the name of the company.
I have tried for weeks to reach Ameritrust Financial, and when I am able to try, they are closed for business. I did however speak with the customer service rep Raquel employee ID #0013 today. I informed her this was not going to work for me, please refund me my $100.
Long story short, we disagreed this was a scam to get money from consumers without providing a service or product. I also informed her that once I researched the company and found so many bad reports, I did not care to participate and wanted my money back. She continued to argue that this is a non refundable fee of which I agreed to accept. I stated I would never agree for someone to keep my money if I was not happy with a product that I have never received. She then gave me the following address for complaints so they may investigate the terms of my issue to see if I was intitiled to a refund.
