This definatly needs to be investigated to find out what happend. In order to do that we need to have the customer call us @866-529-7037 to give us more information. We would need the 7-digit # that was given to them at the time of purchase. Or we can also look up all the information by first and last name. We can also find the customer by the phone number that we called them at. At any rate please call in and let us help you get this resolved. We look foward to resolving the issue with you.
