I RECIVED A CALL FROM A LADY NAMED MARY WHO CLAIMS SHE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY 20 YEARS.THE ORIGINAL PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH NAMED PALOMA I WAS INFORMED SHE WAS FIRED. WELL WHEN MY GIRLFRIEND CALLED DURING HER LUNCH BRAKE TO HAVE THE COMPANY FAX OVER A ITIMIZED STATEMENTS OF THE PAYMENTS MADE BY ME SHE SPOKE WITH PALOMA WHO I WAS I TOLD PREVIOUSLY WAS FIRED. WHEN SHE WAS CONFRONTED ABOUT HER BEING FIRED SHE KNEW NOTHING? I ALSO SPOKE WITH A ABBY WHO CLAIMED THAT PALOMA WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED. THEN I RECIVED A CALL FROM THE PHYSCO MARY FROM THE COMPANY WHO SAID THAT SHE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY 20 YEARS SHE WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK I ASKED FOR A PRINT OUT OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON MY ACCOUNT TO BE FAXED TO A # THIS # WAS SUPPLIED AT NOON ON THE ON 12/03/08 AND GIVEN TO MARY BY PALOMA TO FAX THE ITEMIZED PAYMENTS TO FOR REVIEW.THEN I RECIEVED A CALL FROM MARY ME AND ASKED ME IF IT WAS ALRIGHT TO SAID IT WAS TO FAV IT TO THE INFORMATION TO 602-317-0200, I TOLD HER IT WAS AS OF 12/0408 THE INFOMATION WAS NOT FAXED AS REQUESTED BY ME. I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE OFFICE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS GIVEN INFORMATION FROM THE RECEPTIONIST. NO ONE WOULD COME AND SEE ME. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I PULLED ALL MY RECIPETS WHICH SHOW WHAT THAT HAVE AS ME OWING AND WHAT I HAVE PAID IS WRONG THIS LADY MARY KEPT ON SAYING DISPUTE AND SAID SHE COULD GET SOME ONE ELSE IN TO THE CAR THAT I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS ON. WHAT IS FUNNY I AM NOT LATE AND AM WELL BEYOND IN MY PAYMENTS THIS COMPANY ID FOLLOWING BAD BANKING AND COLLECTION ACTIVTYS AND NEED TO BE REPORTED AND REPROMANED

It would be a lot easier to take you seriously if you weren't typing in all caps with so many spelling errors.  There is a spell check included here, you know, and one of the requests they make here is that we do NOT use all caps because it makes the messages harder to read.

However, having said that I would like to not rebut what you said, but just mention my own experience with Amfinity Finance. 

I'm sorry about your experience, but it is very different from mine.  I have been dealing with Amfinity Finance for about six months now, and my experience has generally been positive.  The only real complaint I have is that they seem to have so many different phone numbers instead of just extensions.  No employee should have told you another employee was fired.  The most they should have said is that the employee was no longer there.

I don't have great credit, and Amfinity financed my vehicle with a better deal than I really would have expected.  Just weeks after I purchased my vehicle I lost my job, and only a few weeks later began to have difficulty making the payments.  I wrote a letter and explained my situation and they were very easy to deal with.  I have made all my payments, but have been late a time or two and a couple times had to make half a payment one week and half the next week.  They will call me, but always treat me with respect and have never harassed me as long as the payments were made.  The main thing I have been told is to make sure I let them know what I am doing if a payment is late or is only a partial, etc.
