In april of this year I ordered some clothes on sale at this website. They advertise all over the discount area that refunds and exchanges are NOT accepted off of the sale items. Well, when I got my clothes I was upset to find that none of them fit me. Three pairs of pants I got from them wouldn't even stay on my hips and I ordered a small. Another dress I ordered-also small- looked more like a t-shirt feebly attempting to cover more than my torso and another shirt that had a huge hole in the seam where it looked like they literally forgot to sew the last 3 inches. Bewildered, I checked the receipt and found that yes, I did in fact order all my correct sizes but when I went to check the tags on the clothes, I found that the bottoms had all been cut off where it shows the size. I sent them an email stating this and asked if I could get my money back and they sent me a standardized email telling me they did not give refunds or exchanges on on-sale merchandise. Obvious that they hadn't read the deatails in the email, I decided to call. The hotline that they provide first of all, will usually give you a busy signal, and second of all I had to wait 45 minutes when I finally did get through to talk to anybody. THEN the woman on the phone tells me that they can't give me my money back but only store credit and they won't refund the shipping either way. So I spent 80.00 initially and only got back 62 after shipping. Hesitant about ordering with them again, in October I finally decide to use my store credit. My order totalled 150.00 and I put the 62 towards that. 3 days later I was looking on my bank statement and noticed that they charged me the entire 150.00. Figuring it may take awhile for the credit to go through I decided to wait to see what would happen until I received my shipment. I got it in the time predicted but when I tried on one of the 4 dresses I ordered I couldn't help but notice that the sleeves barely passed my elbows, the dress had a big hole in the seam again, and-SURPRISE- the tag had been cut off at the size. Frustrated, I called them where a very pleasant young woman credited me the 62.00 and told me that if I included the reciept for shipping would credit that as well. The only good thing about this company is the CS reps and that's only after you've made 50 busy calls and waited on hold for 45 minutes.
