We received the letter below from the author of this report. Dear Gary, Thank you for your incredibly quick and positive response in this matter. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate how well you and your company have responded to me and this situation. I must say, I did not expect it, because normally when things like this happen, you expect the worst. But you and American Fone have pleasantly surprised me. All of my contact with you since this issue has arisen has been very positive. Everyone at your company, including yourself has treated me exceptionally well. And not only have you taken the time to talk to me about this matter to resolve it, you have put your money where your mouth is. Today I received a check from American Fone for the Full Refund! Your courtesy and quick response in this situation has been truly amazing to me. I do believe that if more companies responded to these types of issues as American Fone has, this country would be a better place. Again, thank you for all of your help in this matter.
