AMR Appliances quoted a repair on our refrigerator for $365; charged us 2 additional times over a month for $730 ,$365 duplicates. won't return calls although have left messages. filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and contacted credit card company to investigate the charges. contact amr appliances for a refrigerator repair. called a number which was answered by a man with accent. he came out same day, quoted the job at $365 for services and parts. left a deposit on my cc for $50 and he returned next day to repair. The refrigerator is working, but discovered that he charged my account 2 additional times for $365 for a total of $730 in erroneous charges (charges were made over a month's time). called the same phone number. Generic cell phone recording instructed me to leave a message which i did on 2 separate occasions but received no return phone call. Called credit card company and charges are under investigation. Have also filed a complaint with BBB.
