Complaint Review: AMS Technologies - Kolkata Internet

Hi everybody,

I am from Holland. And i've got the same as the other person who send a message about AMS Tech. And I know it's not friendly to talk online about company's. But when I see, I am not the only one, then everybody needs to know it.

I made a payment in front to AMS Tech, but they don't send my money back. I am very dissapointed. I tried to have contact many times, but no response. Please don't work with them. They are not fair.

Our portfolio and testimonials show how good we are. There are hundreds of satisfied customers across the globe. You can't just use online media to malign us. Can't get free service man. You should pay to get service.

Why have you given such a vague report? Because of your irresponsible project handling that leads me to lose my client. 

Why don't you tell the world about your exact project requirements?. Yes... i will tell you bit by bit your email conversation and your offline drama. if say one word again will sure do that next time.... Think again did i told you this before i goanna write this in rip off page, did i warned you and waited long time gave you almost a month time? Not sure how many people u been ripped off so far but sounds like its good business. Not for long.  

where were you when i send the complete project details. Why did you took the project then?......  Seriously, i asked you couple of time u have no words and answer for this question. Now you are saying i put up the project requirements extra. Common sense is soon as you see some thing strange or hide whatever stuff, u would have ask me or should have told me soon as u got the project details but....... Instead why did u started coding the project even u are so wrong in this website u been started coding my page. Now when time comes you released after 3 months you been gave up can't handle it, you just blaming me that i put up the work, it doesn't make sense. Good plan worked 40 hour no money return.... Sounds like easy way of money making....   

The truth is there was no specialized employee to finish this project. They were looking for PHP specialized person. Surprisingly, there is No privacy they shared my contacts with other people and got so many request on Skype that people will do my project. 

We spent more than 40 hours.... Seriously why did you spend the hour's without even seeing the project details. Why u did started the project. 

ask your employee we worked our a*s off on the every single file and sent PSD to you. we worked more then 200 hours. and all the design work sent by our employees. You just added a bit in your file data base thats all you have done. One thing I agree u spend time on coding the front page. Again why did u started if you think its complicated why did u wasted my time? This is all u r part of the money back policy plan.

Yes well done, I never canceled my project.  I said that, i can't afford the new quote $2500, either u have to give me my money back or continue the work. One thing is you should have given this quote soon as you saw the project details.  That was ridiculous, after 3 months you have came up with new quote.  Imagine who would on this earth would go for that.

Am not sure but other people, but i can only say who is admin. May be provided good service to some time but not now. Its been clearly well plan ripp off.. 

Just goes on to show how cheap people have become.  Honestly i have a good feelings and respect for my fellow people,  you know me very well so far. How many times did i called you to your studio? and mailed you offilne... never ever ever ever bother to reply back and gave you enough time and all so gave you a weeks for arranging money when u asked. ask your self who is cheap.....

Man why did u took the project?..............Are u totally blind...For sak would be ideal if you even said that after a month of spending i would walk back no loss no profite . But imagine it was almost after 3 months of time spending on the project gave me new quote. Who would do that? 

Asking 325 US dollars for designing part and that is been not even designed by your studio. Your website its self charging $199 for basic website, Well how much did i asked you 200 dollars refund all of them. i said just refund 200 dollars. then what i got instead No reply no reply no reply no reply. Offline msg. who is telling the stories. What i got in the end loss of money, loss of time, loss of client.

Am not sure about other people in testimonial. but all i can say who is the adim. U may be done the good projects i agree u may have some experience. but Ask your self how you handle my project thats all matter.

I will ask you a very good question. What would you do if someone give you new qoute $100,000. Would be keen, do kow what else u gonna come up later?

Well, Mahesh gave a very vague project outline and when the work started it became quite clear that there were hidden requirements which was never possible to estimate initially.
