I cannot believe people like this do not care about people they try to swindle. Sending a letter to someone that may be in a desperate state asking them to send $11.89 and in return receive $1,000,000.00 has got to be a really cruel person. There is a lot of hurt when a letter like this is sent out. I cannot believe they can sit back and collect the requested $11.89 from all the people that fall for this and not care.
