ANC AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, MONEY KANSAS CITY Kansas
I received a letter that I won a contest, one I did not enter. To receive my winnings I have to send $12.99 payable to ANC before my winnings will be sent. The letter is very official looking but it's a SCAM.
