I tried the 14 day free trial, and when I requested it to be cancelled they bill me anyway, stating that it was too late to cancel. After much Customer Service Rep abuse, I was able get the promise of a refund, that was on 6/26/04. It shouldn't be this hard to get $99.95 back from this company.

I guess I am not alone in this struggle, keep calling them, record the conversation, and play it back to them on your next call. ALWAYS get the C.S. rep's name to reduce anonymity, and use their first name in the conversation, it unnerves them. They know they are working for a sleezy company.

I WILL get my refund, as I NEVER give up, I actually find it pleasurable to make the customer service reps squirm like the worms they are...

Dispute the charge now

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, August 12, 2004

There are time limits with your bank or credit card company for disputing charges and I doubt if you ever get satisfaction by phone from them. The recordings may help your disputed charge though. Dispute the charge now and then complain. See other Ripoffreport posts that have links to places to complain and some good info. Most of the "rebuttals" are misleading. They are consumer inputs mostly.
