this company charged my credit card $199 when i called to ask why this charge ws on my account i was informed that i must have ordered their services. never happened.since i live in utah i will be contacting tonya bronson. she is the lady that works for the consumer protection (attorney general)

if you also have been ripped off by this company the name of who to contact to get results is tonya bronson..

Jaime, Filing a complaint with your attorney general is a good idea but disputing the charge with your credit card company will usually get your money back a lot faster if you haven't done so.. Do you have any idea how they got your credit card number? Did you ever try their "free trisl" that requirs a credit card or buy anything at ancestry or Genealogy.com.
