Formal Criminal Complaint Against: AndHosting Inc. and J. Andrews Owner.
This is a formal criminal complaint against 'AndHosting.com' a Wisconsin Corporation located at 37172 E Wisconsin Avenue Oconomowoc, WI and its principal owner, J. Andrews.
'AndHosting' is the subject of numerous consumer complaints on file with the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. The complaints have grown so numerous, (and unanswered) that the BBB has given the company an unsatisfactory business rating.
Despite numerous written and email demands made on 'AndHosting' to allow me to transfer my domain name, FROM AndHosting TO another company, 'AndHosting' and its owner, Mr. J. Andrews are engaged in a scheme to refuse to allow the transfer.
The domain name, is fully paid thru 2008 and 'AndHosting's' refusal to provide both a 'transfer key number' and 'unlock' the domain name, to facilitate the transfer is both illegal and a violation of internet ICANN rules.
I urge an immediate criminal investigation into Mr. Andrews and his enterprise.
Furthermore, I have filed a complaint with ICANN and Federal Authorities, seeking penalties against 'AndHosting' and Mr. Andrews.

Complaint Description:
AndHosting refuses to release my domain name, even though the domain name is paid in full. This is a direct violation of Federal Law and ICANN rules. I have made numerous and repeated requests that AndHosting "unlock" my domain name so I can transfer it elsewhere and they have refused. Besides filing this complaint with you, (BBB) I have reported AndHosting to the Wisconsin Attorney General, (Frauds Unit) and I have filed a complaint with ICANN.
Your Desired Resolution:
Please direct AndHosting to RELEASE my domain name by providing the "unlock key" and to UNLOCK to domain name, which will allow its transfer to Network Solutions.
This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded
