Purchased a yorkie from Andrea Theodore, had a hard time getting her to ship the puppy to me, kept giving me the runaround, she responded quickly to every email up until she got my money which i did a bank wire from my bank to TD Bank, then the emails fell off. She then told me the women she works with julie was sending her this day and that day didn't come, she finally had julie soutullo aka susan moosa call me saying she was in the hospital having throat surgery and that her hushand armondo would give me a call he did call and said his wife was having heart surgery; this is when i found out susan was in fact julie soutullo. Andrea finally calls me and say's she going to make sure i get the dog tomorrow and she would make sure and she did, however they shipped different puppy; i called her and texted her on that and got no answer. the next day i took the puppy to the vet for a check up and seemed to be ok. 2 days later she began to get sick, she stopped eating and i began taken her to the vet everyday, the doctor told me my little Zoe was very sick; she passed this morning. I tried emailing Andrea early in the week telling her my little baby was sick, even left a message and emailed her this morning, but of course no answer. i tried calling julie this morning as well. these people are in the business to rip people off. Andrea has several posting on different pet for sale sites like domestic scale, teriific pet, oodle and kijiji and she uses the email [email protected]. Andrea Theodore lives in aventura florida.

Let me start by saying whoever feels like they want to defend Andrea Theodore and Julie Soutullo needs to do some RESEARCH. I do not care if one or two people lucked out and got a dog that didn't get sick and die--99% of them do die horrendous deaths and these two monsters steal their money and leave people devastated. If you will do a search on the Internet for either of their names, there will be more complaints than you have time to read. I have also pulled numerous police reports on both women in Aventura and Hallandale Florida. They have now moved to Hollywood. Don't you think that there is a reason that they are constantly "on the run" and do the majority of their sales via mail/internet? So that no one can find them.

To hear Andrea refer to helpless little puppies as LIVESTOCK is truly sickening, but that is how she sees it. They buy the pups from Argentina for 10.00-20.00 a dog and then sells them for 1,000 dollars. Don't believe me? Call the USDA in Florida. They send them here when they are barely 2 months old. Andrea sees them as a way to make money--not as living breathing beings. Andrea and Julie both have long careers in theft and telemarketing fraud. They are the worst kind of criminals--animal abusing puppy killing monsters.

How DARE you blame the VICTIM! To tell Sharon that if she had taken the dog to the vet in 72 hours, the puppy would still be alive? That dog did not die because Sharon did anything wrong. It died because you sell nothing but SICK PUPPIES THAT DIE!! To say that you "normally would not do this (rebut Sharon's comment) but her behavior was "intolerable". YOU ARE TRULY DISGUSTING! I really hope someone does come to "see" you and Soutullo. Andrea, your rebuttal is full of lies and nothing that comes out of your thieving mouth is the truth. One day you will rob the wrong person and you will not be able to run. Hopefully you will end up in jail. If I had my wish, you and Soutullo would suffer a fate much worse. You can run, but you cannot hide. We will sabotage every website where you sell. We will be at every storefront you open. State Investigators are hot on your trail and be assured--your names are in their systems. If it were up to me, I would deliver you to them myself. You cannot continue to rob people of their money, trust and hearts. It will stop. You have my word on that.

Just saw this post this evening. Andrea I took the dog to the vet within 24 hours after receiving her not 72, so no she would not have been alive today. Julie, the owner of the store stated there had been some type of cross comtamination is how she got sick; fyi. And Julie as only returned the amount I paid for the dog, and has not paid me for the vet bills, so you were misinformed. My transaction with you was not a smooth one at all. I did not tell you I would send someone to your house to see you, I told you I can have someone come over to the store and pick up my refund check. My question to you is how would you feel if you had wired alot of money to someone that you don't know, and then when you try to call them to not get a return call for 2 days? Oh! and just so you'll know, I was trying to work with Julie because it was alot of money for her to return to me at one time for the vet bills because she is the only one working and she and her husband are sick, so I was going to offset the cost and get another dog which she promised wouldn't be sick and I was taking her word on that, she and I had this conversation, not you and I.

Hello, I hate to hear about the lady that lost her puppy but see where she did get her money back and had requested to purchase another puppy from Andrea. That says a lot by it's self. I have recently purchased a puppy from Andrea Theodore. I was not aware of there being any issues with her or her partner until after I made my purchase. I have to say I am thrilled with the puppy I have. He is exactly what I wanted and expected. He weighed more but that can be expected if she doesn't have scales on site. His personality is exactly what she told me it was. I've already had him checked out with my vet and he is perfectly healthy (all done within the 72 business hours). The thing I loved most is that he didn't have any issues adjusting to a new home and surroundings. She did write in the contract that he would be under 3 lbs and from what I was told if he exceeds that I will receive a refund and get to keep the puppy. I'm hoping that he weighs the 3lbs for his own health. I lost my paperwork on my flight back home and Andrea went the extra distance to make sure I received copies of everything. I am currently awaiting the AKC registration paperwork but have no doubt that I will receive it in the timeframe I was told. I do intend to update this as my baby grows up to provide consumers with my experience. PS: I purchased 2 puppies one was for a co-worker who is also very pleased with her baby.

People take a risk when buying livestock. Unfortunatly animals sometimes get sick and die. If Sharon Smith had brought the puppy to the Vet within 72 hours of when she received it as she signed in a contract the dog would probably still be alive today. I can't control how people take care of their pets. I sent her a baby puppy with strict instructions about the care and obviously she paid them no mind. Sharon Smith has received all of her money back for the Vet bills and decided that she wants me to send her another puppy. Isn't that funny? Yes it did take a week for her dog to be shipped. I made the mistake of telling her that it would only be a few days. Not realizing that in CT, in the winter, it is very cold & the Pet Protection Airlines that I use will not allow me to ship a animal of her weight until the weather degree is to their satisfaction. Instead of waiting a few more days, Sharon Smith insisted that I send her the little puppy on a flight that has two stops. I normally wouldn't do this but the verbal abuse I was getting from email & phone calls was untolerable. She threatend to send a friend of hers to come to my house to "see" me, but that is between me & her.

I am so sorry for you. There seem to be hordes of people very unhappy with this lady (Julie Soutullo and her many apparent aliases) and with similar experiences. How old was Zoey? This lady is an importer and admits it. However, as of may 2008 there were new laws passed about importing. You can visit the wrong puppy dot org to begin learning and maybe even contact them about her as I believe they were a huge part in getting those laws passed. You could also try contacting a reporter which someone seems to think is interested in following this lady (I did and told her she is still at it and about the new laws, no response but I didn't get a puppy and have no further information). It's Carmel Cafiero I believe (ref. report number #364057). There is a website with others called stop dixie pups where you may be able to get some support and add your story. Also please visit the FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) for a detailing of the Florida Pet Lemon Law and I believe you may be able to report to them if any of the laws were broken. You may also want to try the attorney general. Make sure you have copies of all your paperwork including your actual vet records and maybe even a letter from your vet as well. Print out any emails ect. You may also want to look into terms such as theft by deception and false advertising and things like that. And read through these in case there's anything I might have missed and maybe for more insight. That should give you a good start. Good luck to you, and again I am very sorry.
