Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I met Andrew Cordle in June 2014 at the San Antonio Real Estate Investement Association meeting. Worst mistake of my life.

Attended his three day workshop and he sounded genuine as a person to learn from and someone who could help grow me Real Estate investing business. A $12,500 turned out to be a complete waste of money as he eventually turned out to be all talk and no action.

He really had no experience in actually flipping a full demo and rebuild, but prmised tp be a full partner in a Joint Venture for a 800K flip in Atlanta with me being a silent partner.

Did not give me any idea of how much actual cash I needed to have on hand to complete the project.

Even before the project started, I started to see him siphoning money out of my credit card accounts using appliances purchased for another project in Indiana for one of his unrelated to me project. He promised to pay me back when our Atlanta project completed.

Then my big mistake I gave him my credit card number. He used my card number to register for a conference in Florida that I never agreed to then, he paid someone within his family using my CC for charges I had no idea what they were for.

I cut him off from my criedit cards, but later found out that he took money from the contractor we had hired to do the project in Atlanta without my knowledge.

All through the period he continued to hook new people to partner with (and collecting the $12,500 fees) using my project as a bait as what he will do got these new unsuspecting people.

Andrew hired people to work with the city to get permits, but never followed up to see that they were actually doing their jobs. The blueprints received were not checked by him to ensure accuracy and if they passed basic logic test.

Meantime, I stated to notice key people on his team has started leaving him, Eddie Wilson, even his wife Rebecca I guess realized what a person he actually was and were no longer available for me to contact and learn from as was my expectation when I joined. Andrew never bothered to tell me that the team has dissolevd and never provided an explanation.

The Atlanta project was on a standstill amd Andrew started demanding upwards of $40K from me in cash to continue working on the project.

Ultimately as I continued to loose over $8000 a month in Hard money interest charges and other fees I had to let Andrew go and build a new team in Atlanta while continuing to be in San Antonio to get the work going on the project. The project that was to be completed in 7-8 months tool 27 months to complete and after over $200K loss I finally completed the project and sold the property.

Remember, Do not trust Andrew Cordle, If you are working with Andrew Cordle, never give him access to your Credit Card or any other funding.

It will not be a passive invesstment, be ready for loss and daily stress.

Keep in communication with the contractor and make sure they are not paying money meant for them over to Andrew.

He lives a lavish lifestyle does not care where the money comes from.
